About This Image:
This is one of my favorite images and I don't even know why. It was not my plan to take macro images that day. I was at Fall Creek Falls (you can tell from the number of images I have from there that it is a favorite place of mine) and just wanted to sit quietly by the creek. i always take my camera with me and as I sat down on the cool rocks, there was this little sprig of ivy growing through the rocks. It was all alone between the rocks and enduring. I thought about God's promises and how many times I see those kept. This is the time of the year when many families get together. That is not always easy, but time and again I have seen families that follow the Lord have the strength to endure the hard times and tragedies they face. I know in my own family that my children have an inheritance greater than any material wealth I could leave them. Scripture: Psalm 37:18-19 The blameless spend their days under the LORD's care, and their inheritance will endure forever. In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.
