Open for me the gates of the righteous; I will enter and give thanks to the Lord. On the other side of this gate is a beautiful garden. In order to enter the garden you must lift the latch and open the gate. Jesus stands as a gate like the one into this garden. We must first look at his glory and love and see our unworthiness, our sin, and our need of him. When we do we lift the latch and through him our unrighteousness becomes righteousness. He has answered our need and become our salvation. Lift the latch and walk into the garden.
Prayer Righteous God We praise and thank you for the indescribable gift of grace that opens the gates of righteousness for us. Amen
